Refund Policy

Membership fees and service fees are generally non-refundable once services have been made available, except as required by applicable law. This applies to fees paid on a monthly or annual basis, including membership fees, registration fees, and other fees associated with services provided by Rooted Health Family Care PLLC.

If a membership is canceled, fees already paid are generally not refunded, and access to membership services will continue through the end of the current paid period, unless otherwise stated in your Membership Agreement.

Any refund requests due to billing errors or exceptional circumstances may be submitted for review and will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
