One-time sign-up fee: $98, which covers establishing your care. When a child joins alongside a paying adult member, their sign-up fee is reduced to $50.

Communication & Access
Members have direct access to Katie through secure messaging. It's designed for the kind of ongoing, thoughtful communication that a real relationship with your provider should include: questions between visits, follow-up guidance, and support when you need it.
Messaging is reviewed and responded to on weekdays during normal business hours. This allows for careful, thorough responses rather than rushed replies.
Messages sent after hours or on weekends will be addressed the next business day.
Urgent messaging is available for time-sensitive, non-emergency concerns when you need a quicker response
